I already have an account. What happens when I pay?+

Your existing account is extended by one month from its current expiry date, so you never lose days you already paid for.

I am new. What do I receive?+

A new account is created for the login or MAC address you entered. For a login we email you the password; a MAC address is simply registered and ready to use.

How long does activation take?+

Usually under two minutes after the card payment is confirmed. In the rare case that automatic activation fails, our team is alerted immediately and completes it by hand.

What will I see on my card statement?+

FLASH STB. Payments are handled by Stripe and we never see or store your card number.
