1. Who we are

This website (https://digitalworldai.club) is operated by FLASH STB. Payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your card statement and receipt as FLASH STB. Contact: support@digitalworldai.club.

2. What you are buying

A single plan: $9.99 CAD for one month of service credited to the account you identify at checkout, either by login (username) or by device MAC address. If the account already exists it is extended by one month from its current expiry date; if it does not exist a new account is created. Each payment is a one-time charge. There is no automatic renewal.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must enter the correct login or MAC address. Credit applied to an incorrectly entered identifier cannot be moved.
• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement in your place of residence.
• The service is for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing, reselling or redistributing access is prohibited.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you use the service.

4. Payment

We accept credit and debit cards only, through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

5. Activation and availability

Activation is automatic and normally completes within minutes of payment confirmation. If automation fails, we are notified and complete activation manually. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee that the service, or any particular content available through it, will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Refunds

See the Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access without refund for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, sharing of credentials or breach of these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the month in which the claim arose.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your payment applies to that payment.
