Refund policy

Digital service, delivered immediately

Each payment credits one month of service to the account you specify, and that credit is normally applied within minutes. Because the service is delivered digitally and immediately, payments are non-refundable once the month has been credited, except as described below.

When we do refund

• Activation did not complete within 24 hours of payment and we were unable to complete it manually.
• You were charged more than once for the same order by mistake.

When we cannot refund

• The login or MAC address was entered incorrectly at checkout.
• Your device, app or internet connection is incompatible or misconfigured.
• The service was used for part of the month.

How to ask

Email support@digitalworldai.club from the address used at checkout, with the login or MAC address, within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds go back to the original card and take 5 to 10 business days to appear. Refunds are issued by FLASH STB through Stripe. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; chargebacks result in the account being suspended.
