Privacy policy

What we collect

• The login or MAC address you enter, so we know which account to credit.
• Your email address, for the receipt, activation details and support.
• Payment records from Stripe: amount, date, the last four digits of your card and the Stripe transaction id. We never receive your full card number.
• Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) kept for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To process your payment, activate or extend your account, send you the receipt and activation email, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not send marketing email and we do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payment processing), our email delivery provider (transactional email only) and the service platform that hosts the account being activated. Each receives only what it needs for its role.

Retention

Payment records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Account and contact details are kept while the account is active and for 12 months afterwards, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal duty to keep it. Email support@digitalworldai.club.
